As a professor and mentor in Texas, she inspires growth through both education and faith.
Rooted in her love for Christ and people, her mission is to meet women where they are and walk with them toward healing and purpose. Whether teaching, coaching, or serving in her community, she brings light, compassion, and transformation to every space she steps into.
Victoria Sierra
Fearless Women on a Mission co-hosts a faith-filled podcast that empowers women to rise boldly in their purpose. A devoted ministry leader based in San Antonio, TX, Victoria brings over two decades of experience as a military spouse, walking in faith and service alongside her husband of 23+ years.
Together, they have mentored countless couples, leading marriage and pre-marriage programs that foster Christ-centered connection. With a heart for ministry and mentorship, Victoria speaks with authenticity, compassion, and unwavering trust in God’s plan—helping women navigate life, love, and leadership with fearless faith.
